Staff receive free admission to YumeConUSA, hotel room compensation credits, a free staff T-shirt, meals on site, and more!. Staff must be 18 years or older.

Age? YumeConUSA Staff Members must be 18 or older. *

Can you commit to attend somewhat regular meetings? At YumeConUSA, we do our best to minimize meetings in order to prioritize working in an asynchronous way but some virtual meetings (usually over Discord) are required, especially as we get closer to the event. *

Previous Experience
YumeConUSA does not require any sort of previous experience, but this helps us figure out what your strengths are.

Do you have experience staffing or volunteering anime, gaming, comic, or other fan conventions? Please elaborate if you do. *

Do you have other experience that may transfer to working for a con? i.e. other volunteer experience, crafting experience, tech/computer science knowledge,etc. *

Interests

What are you most interested in doing at YumeconUSA (Ex. I really am interested in the gaming department and I’d love to help with organizing tournaments)? Feel free to list more than one. *

Are you more interested in back end convention work (what happens behind the scenes leading up to the convention) or day of convention work (helping things run smoothly on the day of the event)? *
